Welcome to Employment Action, a not-for-profit program providing progressive employment solutions for job seekers accessing ODSP Income Supports.
As an Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) funded Employment Program, located in the Church Wellesley Village, our team has long worked with marginalized community members. From our inception, mandated to work with those living with HIV, to our current directive in supporting all ODSP recipients, our success in creating positive experiences is threefold. Employment Action employs contemporary best practices for job search in tandem with current labour market trends. Our proximity to Toronto’s LGBTQ+ community allows us to provide a direct and holistic approach with area community partners. And foremost in our success, we genuinely care and take the time to listen. Our success has always been the partnership we create with our clients.
